The Guest House
ROMECOMING Ostiense is a Guest House with 3 independent rooms created from a 90 square meter apartment, located at the ground floor of a quiet residential complex and isolated from the noise of the city, despite being immersed in it.
Inside there are 3 rooms with private bathroom, of which 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room with two single beds.
Each room is rented separately.
In each room it is possible to add a third extra bed for bookings of 3 guests.
The space is completed by a lounge equipped with a microwave oven, coffee machine and shared fridge.
The oven and stove cannot be used.
Smartlocks and self check-in
The doors of our structure (building, apartment and room) open only with virtual buttons that our guests can use from their smartphone to activate the smart locks.
To unlock these codes it is necessary to fill the online self check-in on Vikey, our home automation portal.
No physical keys are provided.
Vikey's online self check-in is a simple form to be filled in with a photo of a valid document (passport, identity card, driving licence) to be identified as would be required for a normal check-in upon first access to the facility.
Once check-in is completed the photos will be automatically deleted.
Please note that, pursuant to current legislation, upon your first access you will be asked to confirm your identity by means of a video connection device.
